Another! Paul Mas Top 100 PGI winner, and like the Marsanne reviewed recently, part of the single vineyard collection. From the Nicole vineyard, planted on hilly slopes, the vineyard is chalk and clay with fossils and enjoys a unique microclimate. It's certainly another impressive offering. Lovely varietal nose with stone fruits, blossom and spice. Really tangy with fresh nectarine and peach to the fore, vibrant with good acidity and a long minerally, spicy finish. It's a delicious fresh Viognier bursting with fruit yet so well balanced, absolutely delicious.
