The most extraordinary rose i have tried, ranks alongside the mad butcher rose from Schwarz in Austria. 15.7% alcohol though you would never know. Must be unfiltered as pretty hazy. Bright cherry and raspberry on the nose with spice and creamy oak. Really rich and textured on the palate. Ripe berry fruits meet oak and spice, its large scaled for sure with an almost bitter sweet tang, and the most amazing finish. It's a unique style and i love it, forget the term rosé and think Sine Qua Non, delicious and so individual....
