From the Horse Heaven Hills region, although not stated that this is the AVA on the label, although mentioned as coming from. It's got an attractive nose with cassis and cherry, quite floral with some oak too. It's a medium bodied Cabernet with ripe berry and cassis fruit. The oak is creamy and well integrated. The tannins are present but ripe and add some structure. It's bright with good fruit, the oak giving it texture and some mocha tones, and the tannins suggesting it could well develop. Pretty good and fairly priced at c£13
